On the quantum-mechanical description of the life phenomenon
It is proposed the description of alive organism as a macroscopic analogue of a coherent quantum system, evolving as a structure, consisting of the discrete space-time levels. It is introduced an operator for the space-time structure, it is analogue to the Hamilton operator. It is formulated a wave quantum equation, describing evolution of the wave function of biological system in energy-impulse, or in the space of frequencies.

The systematic character of the biological processes
Emphasizing the systematic character of organization of mature from particles to the Universe, the author considers the peculiarities of the biological systems, shows the fruitfulness of the system analysis to knowledge of the deepest life processes, running on the quantum-atomic and molecular levels. It is settled down existing in multi-cellular organism the regulative, control and adaptive systems. The operating of all life processes is caused by interaction between these systems.

Energy-Informative Exchange in Nature
The attempt is given to present the scientific view for the possibilities of theoretical existence and experimental registration of so-called "subtle world" - the world of consciousness and informative fields - and its various phenomena. The interactions between Science and Religion and their development during the transition to postindustrial society are reviewed historical. The exposition has been made taking into account the conceptions of synergetic by using of basic ideas and without bulky mathematical tools. Special attention has been spared to the results of experimental investigations performed since 1979 in The Center of Energy-Information Exchange of SPbSIPMO (TU) under the guidness of the author.

The Velocity of Light: from Zero to Infinity
The advancement of communication systems, ensuring the obtaining and processing data, raises necessary the question of increasing the information rate, the upper limit of which, on the base of the present-day knowledge, cannot exceed the velocity of light in vacuum. Recently, researches from many countries undertake the persistent attempts to overcome (if it is possible) this limit. The purpose of this review is acquainting the specialists, working in the sphere of communication facilities, with the modern problematics of speed light control, and representing the state of affairs as regards "superluminal" investigation at the present moment.

The scientific discovery of the electrodynamic induction
The experimental and theoretical evidences of a new electric current excitation class, i.e. the electrodynamic induction, are presented according to the scientific discovery, diploma No. 149 of 02.10.2000, "The phenomenon of an electric current excitation in the conductor, moving in an electrostatic field". The directions of scientific and practical utilization of the obtained results are substantiated.
