The distant information interactions among people as the cosmophysical indicator of the intellect evolution on the Earth

It is described the experimental results on the distant information interaction among people within the way of some thousands kilometers (Novosibirsk, Dikson, central Russia, West Europe, USA, Canada). During some experiments in the Extreme North it was revealed the "distant-time forestall" phenomena, i.e. the transmissed information reception by percipients, occurred some hours or days before its actual transmission. It was obtained the data about the dependence of the transmissed information reception on the cosmos situation during the prenatal period of the brain development as well as on the birthday date of the experiment participant.

On the dependence of the alive organisms characteral temperature on the middlegeometrical Universe vacuum temperature

It is introduced the notion of the middlegeometrical vacuum fields temperature (in present epoch T0=308,65K), which practically coincides with the middle temperature of the dominated in the Earth biosphere biological species - Homo sapience sapiens. It is shown, that the T0 change from the Earth formation moment determines the biological kinds evolution in biosphere. It confirms the early proposed theory, that the change of characteristics of the Universe vacuum fields, which are the so-called "dark energy", acts on the structure and evolution of the Earth biosphere.

Peculiarities of structure of the solar corona and ecological observations on Aug. 11, 1999

On the basis of the pictures received in Romania, Bulgaria and Iran the shape and detailed structure of the solar corona are studied. Except for essential N/S-asymmetry the corona Aug. 11, 1999 possesses also appreciable E/W asymmetry. Its east hemisphere more active than western one. It is defined, in particular that the ray structure on E-limb deviates more to poles in comparison with structure on W-limb which "is more pressed" to equator. In this respect its interesting feature is existence enough bright, slightly bent, a double thin ray on NE limb with the position angle ~ 50 . It is above a condensation, near to the original center of "pushing away" stream and helmet rays and wings of E-limb. It has been assumed by us, that NE-bright bent ray is a consequence of earlier coronal mass ejection (coronal transient), led general disturbance of NE-quadrant of the corona, i.e. is original post-cursor of coronal transient, thrown out of this area of the corona. Detailed viewing of pictures of the corona, received on August, 10-11th, 1999 with coronograph LASCO SOHO, has shown, that before the beginning of the eclipse in this area the transient was really observed. Harbingers of development of the transient jn NW-limb during the eclipse are found out by us. Parameters of the transient are discussed. Reaction of animals to changes of atmospheric factors during the eclipse on August, 11th, 1999 with use of modern statistical methods is studied.

The abnormal variation of the β-decay intensity during the eclipse on the 29th of March 2006

It is shown the results of the β-decay intensity measuring under the eclipse on the 29th of March 2006. On the 8.3 minutes before the observed eclipse maximum it was registrated the abnormal (8%) increase of the β-decay intensity. The mentioned intensity increase by 4% was registrated on he moment of the eclipse maximum. The obtained results can be explained by the existence of the unknown kind of the solar Y-radiation, which rises under the nuclear processes in Sun and acts on the others nuclear processes in space. Under this action the four-dimensions standing Y-field wave is the superposition of the forestalling and delayed components, analogically the R.Feynman-J.Wheeler electrodynamics and the J.Kramer transacting description of quantum mechanics. The forestalling component detected action for the local observer is equivalent to the "momentary action on distance" and connected with the abnormal increase of the β-decay intensity, occurred on the 8.3 minutes before the appearance of the observed delayed solar radiation.

New Results in Formulation of the Relativity Principle Essence

The evidence for the physical nonequivalence of inertial reference frames moving relative to each other is given. The content of relativity principle is shown to be narrower than it is accepted nowadays. The principle of relativity is kept as the requirement of relativistic invariance of the laws of nature, the requirement, which results from the relativistic invariance of Maxwell equations for electromagnetic field. However, according to the results of the paper, the physical equivalence of inertial reference frames moving relative to each other does not follow from the relativistic invariance of equations of motion. This is due to the fact that the character of physical processes in inertial reference frames is not defined completely by equations of motion. To define phenomena and processes uniquely, the initial conditions should be used and formulated in terms of the time independence of spatial coordinates (global time). The transition of the global time of one inertial reference frame to the local times of the other frame, related to each other by Lorentz transformations, results in the physical nonequivalence of inertial reference frames. The above mentioned nonequivalence is a consequence of incompatibility of Lorentz transformations with dynamic principle: these transformations knock solutions of the dynamic equations out of the class of solutions with global time transferring them to solutions with local time. One manifestation of nonequivalence of inertial reference frames is the effect of physical processes relativity predicted by us in 1978. As the examples, illustrating basic conclusions of the paper, we consider elementary physical systems - the set of classical point particles, a free electron field and a quantum system in an external field causing quantum transitions. Under Lorentz transformations, the global time is shown to be split into some number of local times. Though, formally, the relativistic invariance of equations of motion is kept, the local time dependence on the velocity of relative motion of reference frames testifies that each inertial reference frame proves to be singled out among the others. The received results can serve as a strict substantiation of our previous conclusions concerning light barrier and superluminal communication, and open the way to the construction of the consecutive theory of physical processes occurring in inertial frames moving relative to an observer (for example, on stars).

On a way to determine structural indivisibility of fundamental elementary particles

It is demonstrated within the bounds of temporal theory that the course of time is the fundamental physical process possessing the correspondent physical characteristics. This process is characterized by temporal velocity W which, in modern conditions, equals to the value of light movement velocity in vacuum c. The full particle energy is thus the sum of kinetic energy of its movement in space, and temporal energy reflecting its movement energy in time being equal to the rest energy of =+0=ΔMW2+m0W2= W2. Here ΔM is kinetic increment of mass: ΔM=−m0, where is relativist mass of a particle depending upon the velocity of its movement in space. It is noted that the particle rest mass m0 enters the equation similarly to kinetic mass increment, and so it plays the similar role at a particle movement in time. At the stop of a particle movement in time its rest mass is equal to zero while in its movement in time it turns into non-zero value. Its magnitude can work as the sign of movement or rest of a particle in time. Any structurally organized object possesses the binding energy of its components which can be presented in temporal form as follows: cmW where Δm is mass defect. In the rest state in time W=0 that leads to zero value of binding energy of the object components and its destruction. Structurally organized object cannot exist in such conditions. Fundamental elementary particles that lack an inner structure are called truly elementary. The sufficient sign of the absence of structural division of fundamental elementary particle is obtained: when particle possesses no rest mass thus it lacks the movement in time then it is truly elementary.
